The article delves in-depth into Rosen's leadership of the organization and its integral role in driving success to Escondido businesses. Consisting of 900 members, the association is the only organization which manages the city's business improvement district. The association was established to promote business within the district by addressing programs such as marketing, special events, design, historic preservation, economic development, security and community enhancement.
