The Public Relations Department of the San Diego North Convention & Visitors Bureau offers a Media Hosting Program for qualified travel media. The program is available to staff travel writers on assignment and members of travel-related TV and radio programs.
Depending on the nature of the assignment, the department can assist with accommodations, suggested itineraries and passes to attractions.
If you would like to submit a request for hosting assistance, please submit the following information:
- Assignment letters and/or copies of your most recently published articles or photographs. Please include details on demographics, circulation and publication date.
- Indicate if your article will include mention of suppliers' services or if it is a destination-only piece.
- Please include arrival and departure dates and, if possible, alternate dates. Indicate if you need accommodations, admission to attractions and/or an itinerary.
